Success! That's right ladies and gentlemen, I have conquered the spinch dumpling and the homemade tomato sauce. The "sauce" may have shared more in common with a paste than a sauce, but it was still a sweet and spicy mouthful of flavor. The dumplings weren't the best looking 'plings on the block, but they still landed like a moment of zen in the mouth.
To put it plainly, dinner was a success. In a word, Yum! :)
